Sunny bedroom in three bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy. May 1st move-in. No couples.

There's an in unit washer/dryer, half and full bathroom, and equipped kitchen. It's a walkup apartment on the third floor.

The bedroom gets a good amount of light and has a nice sized New York City Closet. It will be furnished with a bed and a tv.

We are two working professionals and would like to have a responsible working professional that's friendly, no-drama, chill, and an easy-to-live with person. We keep the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and all common areas clean and expect roommates to do the same. We are not looking for a 24-hour party person that invites people over all the time. You will rarely see the other roommate, if at all.

Our neighborhood is a 5 minute walk from the Kingston/Throop C train, and is a 12 minute walk to the Nostrand A train. Some nice restaurants, cafes and bars are just a walk away.
