Looking for 1 female roommate

1 room available in my 2 bedroom in Bed-Stuy! Looking for someone to resign the 1 year lease with me and a May 1, 2024 move in. Female roommates only. No couples and no cats allowed, I’m allergic.

The landlord would require you to fill out a free application in order to provide them with:
copy of ID
credit score
proof of income (tax return, paystub)
bank statement
Need to make 40x the rent

Room gets a ton of sunlight. Can fit a full bed, dresser, and either desk, large chair, or bookshelf. The closet may look narrow but it’s pretty tall and deep, can pack a lot in! In-unit washer and dryer!!!
Kitchen has a gas oven. Rest of apartment appliances are electric, including controllable a/c and heat units for each room. Utilities are internet(optimum), electricity (ConEd), natural gas (National grid). 3rd floor walk up, not as bad as it sounds. Literally down the street from the A/C subway and buses. Small park and tennis courts across the street. This is a one year lease. No short term sublease.

About me & roommate preferences:
33 yr female, I work for a nonprofit as an Education Manager. Looking for a roommate who is late 20s or 30s. I like an apartment mate that keeps the shared spaces clean and doesn’t bring the party home a lot (occasionally having friends over is totally fine). Preference for someone who is environmentally conscious (not to the extreme) but just doesn’t waste electricity and recycles properly.
