This large suite offers you the privacy of a personal living room and kitchenette in a spacious single family home with an incredible front, back and side yard. Ideal for nature lovers and bird watchers, cardinals, blue jays and hawks frequent our property and we are just a block and a half from Crotona Park, the largest park in South Bronx.

Our tree lined street is centrally located and convenient for driving or taking the subway. There is street parking, bike lanes, multiple bus routes and we are a 7 min walk to the Freeman st. station on the 2 and 5 lines, a 15 min walk to Whitlock Ave on the 6 line. Arthur Ave is nearby with restaurants, cafes and bars and Mott Haven is another close area to enjoy the same.

Your private space includes a furnished bedroom with a queen size bed, a furnished living room and a kitchenette. You have a private entrance to the bathroom you would share with the homeowner and there is a washer and dryer in the basement. $350 per week includes all utilities.
