My apt is located in The Century building in Riverdale, NY. It’s a full service 24/7-doorman building with a huge Health Club that includes a Jr. Olympic swimming pool; 6-Championship indoor tennis courts, every type of exercise equipment imaginable, and much more…

My apt comprises a total of 1,250 Sq Ft,, which includes a modern Eat-in-Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances with a slate stone floor; a large dining area with a large table that sits six comfortably; two lovely BRs & two full baths.

I just finished converting my 2nd bedroom from my home office back into a BR, with a new full size bed. I’ve left my desk in the BR in case my new roommate is either a student, or at times works from home. But if not useful, I’ll be happy to remove it and put it in storage. Also in the room is a HUGE 8-foot wide closet with two sliding doors, shelves on one end of the closet, and two full length shelves above the hanging rod (see newly posted pics of your BR and private bath).

I’m NOT looking to just rent a room & bath, I’m looking for a new friend to share my entire apt with. There’s a 26-foot furnished terrace that overlooks the Hudson River and Palisades from the 28th floor. I’m an excellent cook of just about anything, and I take pride in keeping a well-stocked pantry/fridge/freezer, so I and my guests can have almost anything they’re in the mood to eat at any given time. I also keep a well-stocked bar along with a great inventory of wines…

Probably for many of you this seems like a fairytale, while for others you’re looking for just a simple quiet room, and you’re not looking to interact with your new roommate.

I happen to be a funny sweet guy who’s tired of living alone in this big apt, so I’ve decided for the first time in my life to look for a “roommate”… I’m only looking for one lady that’s also funny, considerate and who will appreciate an opportunity to live in a great apt in one of the Top Ten Rental Buildings in all of NYC. Your share would be just 35% of the total cost of the rent plus ALL utilities ($1,400/mo) while I will be paying 65% ($2,600/mo). But the $$ aren’t as important to me as it is to find a new TRUE FRIEND…
