Looking for one roommate for 3BD/2BA apartment

True bedroom: $1,534/month

Utilities not included (they are ~$66/month per person)

Shared bathroom with one person.

Washer + Dryer in-unit, state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, bookable meeting rooms, cozy lounges, 24/7 concierge service, and so much more. 4,5,6 trains close by.

A little about roommates:

Me: Late 20’s, works in tech and easygoing. I'm open to building a friendship with my roommate, but if you prefer a more cordial relationship, that works too.

2nd roommate: Late 20’s, easygoing, owns her business and also works at a care facility.

As for the ideal roommate, we’re looking for someone who values cleanliness and tidiness, doesn't bring the party home, and either has a full-time job or is a full-time student.
