Room in a private home

I have a room available on the second floor of a private home for short term rentals. Might consider up to a year for the right roommate.

House is located in very nice, quiet residential area of Pelham manor, right off of Boston post Rd. The house is equipped with high quality, move detection, 24-7 recording security cameras in the front and back of house. Free parking within minutes of the house is always available.

Inside, my apartment is very clean. I sweep and mop once to twice a day and keep the shared essentials spotless & nightly sanitized (stove, oven, bathtub, toilet etc) you are responsible for putting away your stuff out of shared areas when you're done with it, washing your own dishes in a timely manner, cleaning up any mess you make in the bathroom and keeping your room CLEAN. By clean I mean. No dirty dishes, no growing mold, no dirty walls, floors etc. I do not care if you're MESSY inside of your room but don't be DIRTY. When you move out the walls and floors should be as spotless as you got them.

The room being rented is shown in the pictures. It's the smallest room of the house but it's still a nice size for a room. There are many many hooks on the wall to hang art or whatever. Room has a double door closet that will be replaced and upgraded soon. Room will also be painted to a gray or white. This bedroom is located alone on the other side of the house between the front door and living room. Kitchen is in the middle of the apartment, and two other bedrooms and the bathroom are on the far other side. Bedroom has massive windows that face the front road.

I currently have one other roommate, a 27yr old male. I'm a 24yr old female. I'm looking for someone around our ages, friendly, quiet, responsible and is looking to feel more like friends than roommates.. Not looking for anyone who is in and out of the house all day. Must be quiet and either out of house often or home(working) often.

NOT OPEN TO SINGLE PARENTS OF MORE THAN ONE CHILD. NO BABIES, OLDER CHILDREN &, NO TEENAGERS. AGES 2-5 IS CONSIDERED.
