We are two females in a spacious, lovely apartment on Park Avenue. We are looking for a third housemate, preferably female. I am a PhD student and my housemate is a music teacher. We are hoping to maintain calm, respectful, and considerate atmosphere in the house. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. The ground floor is occupied by two other professional females. There is coin-operated laundry in the basement.
