Looking for someone to take over my spot in a 2-bedroom apartment in Albany since I am leaving abruptly due to work reasons. Rent is $1000/month, and water and electricity are included.

The lease ends on the first day of Sept which after you can renew the lease for a year

Details:
• 1 private bedroom with a closet available in a shared apartment
• Washer located right next to the room for easy access
• Utilities (water + electricity + WiFi) included in rent
• Shared space with one roommate
• Spacious Parking
• Central Air
• One full bathroom and one half bathroom

Requirements:
• Pets are fine as long as they are trained
• Must be LGBTQ+ friendly
• Credit check, income verification required by the landlord

We’d strongly prefer someone Under 40 as it is closer to our age group

I will ask for proof of identity if you have no photo on your profile and then I will schedule a date to meet up so you can look around the apartment and meet my roommate to see if you are willing to stay. He’s a pretty chill dude :)
