Spacious bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment! The apartment is located within the Kenmore property in downtown Albany, with lots of access to public transport and local nightlife! Parking is not included in the price but there are nearby garages connected with the property for an additional monthly fee. The apartment itself has a huge kitchen, dishwasher, and washer dryer, and balcony. Bathroom is also spacious. Bedroom is unfurnished. The common area (including kitchen) is already furnished, although there’s room for an additional TV and lots of bookshelf space! There’s also a small pantry and a good-sized hall closet.
The building itself has a gym, pool, sauna, and rooftop patio! Honestly I’ve loved living here and am looking forward to sharing this space with someone new.

About me: I’m 25 years old, and a second year student at Albany Law. I’ll be home a lot studying. I’m fairly quiet, and love to cook! I like to keep things clean, and would hope to find a roomie with the same expectations, but otherwise I’m very chill and very nerdy. I’m not a big partier, and apartment is non-smoking. My main hobby is playing video games in my room. I’d love to find another student type to study with.
