Semi rural, quiet neighborhood on 2+ acres only 2 miles from highway and seven more hwy miles to downtown Reno, NV. Kitchenette, refri/freezer, private medium sized walk-in closet, private bathroom, all amendites included with off-street parking. Retired, active husband/wife and 12-1/2 yr old grandson live upstairs. Entry foyer is shared andthe rental unit is next to main entry, We live upstairs and the washer/dryer is shared upstairs and available for renter.
Please have a regular day shift job away from the home...and not a remote working gig.
