4 bedroom 3 bath house, and currently has two rooms occupied by a male 22 and male (me) 24. Looking for our third roommate, 4th bedroom will remain vacant. We both work from home and have M-F jobs 8-5 type hours, and we are a fan of arcades and game nights. Personally, I like to bike a lot, play tennis or swim, and hike/camp.
I am looking for a drama free, responsible, respectful, laid back person. Background check required, and proof of ability to pay rent. (pay stubs, bank statement).
