Doggy daycare and laundry services available for additional fee($10 per dog per day, and $10 per wash load. I do the loads with organic Dr Bronners soap and peroxide, no toxic soaps).

Absolutely No aggressive dog breeds; this is a farm animals neighborhood.

No public transportation nearby, you must have reliable vehicles.

Unfurnished space; No kitchen share: it's a vegan kitchen. You will have your own private entry, private space. There's room for additional vehicles parking, behind secure gates. If you want a fridge and hotplate, or convection oven, you'll need to provide it yourself.

Security, first, and last month rent. Month to month lease.
Utilities included; power, water, septic, garbage collection.
