1 or 2 Rooms for Rent in 3 Bedroom House

I'm a busy professional living alone in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house near UNR and the Livestock Events Center. I have 1 furnished room ready for rent, and if you would like a second room, I can move my desk out of the third bedroom and you would just need a bed. So this would be great if you have a friend you'd like to stay with, if you're a professional who would like a separate office in addition to your bedroom, or if you are a single mom--I love kids and used to have a roommate with a baby.

I am gone for work or at my boyfriend's place most of the time. I'm very clean and rarely have guests. While I don't have my own pets, there are dozens of stray cats in the neighborhood that I help feed, so they hang around the backyard.

I use the 1 car garage myself, so any other cars can be parked on the street. It is easy to find street parking out front. I'm also within 100 feet of the Oddie / Wells bike path that connects downtown Reno to downtown Sparks.

I don't care if you keep your room clean but since the rest of the house including the bathroom is shared, I would need any renter to keep those areas clean. No overnight guests that are not on the lease. Pets are negotiable but would need to be okay with stray cats around in the backyard.

The neighborhood can be a little chaotic, but I love being close to downtown, and I've done my best to make the inside of my home a little oasis that I'm proud of.
