Welcome to a warm, well-kept 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a wonderful Reno neighborhood. The private room is fully furnished with a desk, TV, and blackout curtains — move-in ready for a student or working professional. You’ll have your own dedicated bathroom (not shared with others) and there is a shared laundry room conveniently located right next door to your room.
The home is within walking distance of the Truckee River and surrounded by great outdoor walking routes. For commuters, the location is hard to beat. It has fast, easy access to the freeway, and just 10–15 minutes from UNR, Saint Mary’s, and Renown, and about 20 minutes to Boca.
Your Housemates
Your roommates will be me — a professional woman in my 50s, along with one friendly Golden Retriever and two cats. I do watch other people's dogs from time to time.
