Furnished private bedroom with a shared bathroom available in a clean, quiet home in a very convenient and accessible Reno neighborhood. By Renown hospital, and a few mins to downtown, midtown and UNR. The home is owner-occupied, although I travel frequently for work and am away most of the time, I maintain a private bedroom for my occasional visits, while the tenant has full access to the shared kitchen, living room, laundry, and outdoor spaces.

I'm looking for one responsible, respectful, non-smoking professional female who values a peaceful, clean living environment. This is an excellent fit for someone relocating to Reno or seeking stable housing.

Utilities and Wi-Fi costs would be split based on usage. Security deposit is one month rent. Off-street parking is available. No parties, pets, smoking, drugs, and overnight guests permitted.
