Room for Rent – Month-to-Month Lease

Hello! I’m a 32-year-old male looking for a responsible month-to-month tenant for a room in my condo. ONLY one person. The room is available December 1st, 2025, and I’m seeking someone who will be respectful of shared spaces and follow house rules. Currently Occupied until November 30th. Here’s what you need to know:

Location: 4602 Neil RD, Reno 89502

Rent: $600 Per Month. Includes basic internet, electric (up to a $150 cap), water, and trash. Rent is due 1st of the month.

Shared Bathroom: The bathroom is shared with me.

No Pets Preferred: To maintain the space, I would prefer no pets.

HOA Rules: You must follow HOA guidelines as well as my own house rules for a peaceful living environment.

Laundry: There’s no laundry in the unit, but there’s a laundry facility downstairs.

Selling the Condo: I am in the process of selling the condo, but there may be an option to stay with approval from the new homeowner.
