This is a top floor 1100 sq ft 2-bedroom condo in the iconic Las Vegas Country Club in Winchester, near the Las Vegas Strip / Westgate Monorail station to the west, Downtown to the north, Maryland Parkway to the east (109 bus route), and UNLV to the south.

Superb location - surrounded by the LVCC Golf course and beautiful grounds. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. Off street parking, guard gated and roving security. Amenities include 5 community pools (2 heated), and gym.

Your room has a private bathroom and spacious walk-in closet and rooms are separated by the large living room.
Furniture in the room includes queen bed, mattress, desk, office chair, floor lamp with full-spectrum bulb, and ceiling fan. For longer stays, more items can be added if needed, such as TV/TV stand/dresser, etc.

In the kitchen there are an electric range/oven, granite countertops, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Balcony offers a view of the Stratosphere. Smart thermostat/air conditioning and keypad front door lock.

I’m looking for a friendly, dependable, communicative, generally quiet and tidy male roommate who will pay rent on time and clean after himself. Non-smoking or outside smoker, TV/music with headphones if we’re both home pls (same on my end).

Signed lease, first month/last month and security ($2000 overall), and recent paystubs/job or internship contract/student ID required to move in.
