Hello! I will have 1 room for rent including WIFI & utilities + access to common areas for $635/mo available third week of August.

3 females currently live in the home. One of our roommates recently moved back home out of state after 2 years of living with us. We are looking for a 4th roommate to fill her room. The available room shares a bathroom with two female roommates. The household is seeking a female roommate who is a good fit for the existing shared living arrangement. Bathroom is spacious. Roommates have varied schedules which have worked well with the shared spaces.

I've happily lived in this home for 3 years and am now back in SoCal.

The girls who live in the house are all so sweet, easygoing, and value maintaining a harmonious household with structure, respect and house rules. One is a former firefighter who is currently in Vegas for nursing school. The other two both work in hospitality. One is a porter supervisor so cleanliness is extremely important to her. All roommates prioritize cleanliness. The roommate who just moved out is a pilot. I am a case manager in health care.

- We are respectful, clean, responsible, friendly, quiet, and easy-going. We mostly keep to ourselves and are of course happy to chat in shared spaces!
- Very conveniently located.
- Quiet and calm household. (Since work schedules have been varied, we generally have been mindful with noise throughout the day. Quiet hours at night are around 10p-7/8am. No work-from-home to maintain a quiet household please).
- Ideal roommate is clean, responsible, respectful, cordial, considerate, and willing to follow house rules please.
- No smoking, drugs, or partying.
- Single occupancy. Sorry no pets due to allergy concerns.
- 1 occasional overnight guest OK (long-term partner, max couple days, once/mo or 2) to respect the current household agreement and everyone's privacy and comfort.
- 4 month contract to start then month-to-month after (preference to those interested in staying long term ~1+ year)
- Required at time of signing contract: ID, income verification 3x rent (3 most recent paystubs), security deposit $600, $10/month Renter’s Insurance
