Bedroom plus loft July 1 move in!

Hey renters,

I’ve got a room available in my place and I’m looking for someone who’s clean, responsible, and just generally a good person. If you’re chill, respectful, and down for an easygoing roommate situation, we’ll probably get along great.
Furnished or unfurnished.
Super peaceful neighborhood, lots of lakes, ducks, and random scenic walks that make you feel like your life is more together than it actually is.

The room:
- Fully furnished or unfurnished if needed
- Around 18x11
- Private, en suite bathroom
- Big mirrored closet
- Plus your own private loft that we’ll furnish for you. Office/Sitting Room Around 13x10

You’re basically getting a mini suite within the house with shared common areas (kitchen, dining room, office, and yes, a legit theater room with a projector and surround sound — this isn’t amateur hour).

I’ve got a couple friendly dogs and cats — they don’t go in the guest rooms, and they’re all living their best lives. If you have pets, I’m open to it as long as everyone gets along. Also open to lowering rent a bit if you’re down to help with light cleaning or random house stuff from time to time (no, not like "mow the lawn in July" level stuff — just normal human upkeep).
Smoking outside is okay.
