My name is Real pronounced RayAl. I am a retired businessman living in a 10 year old quiet apartment building with elevators, garden, pool, hot tub, meeting rooms, library, pool room, TV rooms, small gym, coin operated laundry room, and plenty of covered parking.

Two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The 10 X 11 feet bedroom is rented unfurnished, but I have some furniture if needed. The monthly rent includes all utilities, internet and cable TV in media room.

The kitchen has two regular size refrigerators, mine is the white one 20.6 Cu. Ft. and the roommate’s is the black one 18.1 Cu. Ft., so we both have our own refrigerator. The kitchen has many cabinets and we both have our own pantry space. The roommate can use my cooking and kitchen accessories.

I also provide all the sundries (toilet paper, dishwashing soap, hand soap, and home cleaning products) the roommate just needs his/her own body care products, including tissues. This is to save on storage area.

I am quiet and most all the time on the computer. I keep in shape by walking three miles a day at a local gym most every day. Most people think I look more like 70 than my 85. I do not smoke, I drink socially, I do not gamble, and I am looking for a similar roommate. I love to see shows and dancing.

Because I suffer from acute sleep apnea and insomnia, my night sleep is poor, and I often sleep some hours during the day.

I am looking for a roommate who cleans after himself/herself.

Because every resident has to be on the lease, I am looking for a male or female who can pass a credit and background check as required by my landlord's management company, for a $40 fee. It is more like a formality, but it is for the security of all the tenants in the community. The minimum lease period is twelve months. I have been living in the same apartment for nine years and I do not plan to move anytime soon. The $250 security deposit is refundable if the rent payment is up to date.

I can show you that this is the best deal in the valley. The roommate does not need a car as he/she can go shopping or to the gym with me or use the free community transportation twice a week to the most popular local supermarkets (Walmart, Smiths, Winco, Trader Joes, Smart & Final, Dollar Tree, etc.)
