Small room available on July 1st or earlier and utilities all included. There are two trustworthy others here very friendly and respect your privacy and property. Must have a steady job/income. Very important is there's no smoking, excess drinking, drugs or drama here. Asking for $300 bi-weekly or just 560 monthly. But there's a discount for the first 2 months at 480.. if you don't mind the closet is half full for the first month or two max until we get the rest of my son's things out of the closet with permission to enter of course. He has volunteered his room because he short of rent and he's already sleeping on the couch but we're making room in another spot in the apartment for him. I'm very convenient location by Sahara and Fort Apache. The 200 deposit is refundable if you give two week notice and no damage. But the carpet is old so there's nothing fancy here.
