If you are looking for a friendly, private space to rent this room is for you. The room is spacious enough for a queen or king size bed to fit. It has furniture in the space right now, but can be moved upon request. There is a large walk in closet and a quaint bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The house has a washer and dryer.

The main area of the house is shared amongst all tenants. It is the responsibility of the tenants to keep the space clean for others’ use.

There is driveway and carport parking. There is also plenty of street parking.

The back yard is large and accommodating.

This residence is only six miles from the Las Vegas strip, and it is close all public transportation.

Animals are considered, but there all already two dogs living on site.

Upon move in: First and last month's rent due upon move-in along with a $300 security deposit.
