Looking for roommate

Hello,

Furnished or unfurnished large bedroom for rent that is in a 1244 sq ft home. We live in a quiet gated community that also comes with a community pool. The private bedroom / bathroom comes with queen bed, mattress, dresser, desk, office chair and ceiling fan.

The rent is $750 a month that includes trash, HOA, water, electricity, gas, A/C, and internet. Will share kitchen and living room and uses of washer and dryer. The home will be occupied with myself, a small dog and 2 children. Back ground check will be required.

Ideal roommate: looking for someone who is easy going and respectful. Must be responsible, professional and considerate of others. Occasionally other guest may be allowed if they are quiet. I do have 2 children so please no profanity.

Cleanliness and mutual respect are mandatory. This is a smoke free / drug free home. Must show proof of income also first and last month’s rent will be required.
