Room mate Needed

Roommate wanted… Small room in a small 2 bed 2 bath townhouse in West Las Vegas. Rancho/ Lake Mead .Comes with A/C, Heating. Washer & Dryer in unit and outside parking spot. The place is not modern but in a nice quiet area near shopping, schools and parks. You would have access to your own bathroom. The pictures are from when the room had furniture. You would need to provide your own bed and furniture for the room. The water is included in the rent but the other utilities would be extra $120 or so per month. The building has a gym and a pool and located 5 minutes from the 15 & 95 Fwys.

I am a clean hard working professional in my 40’s who works a 9-5 and likes to have quiet evenings at home. I don’t have a lot of company over and would prefer the same from you. Please no pets or kids. I am *** friendly. I don’t smoke cigarettes and would prefer none inside the house. I fell into a situation where I need to cut my expenses and willing to take on someone responsible, trust worthy and drama free. I am willing to do month to month but prefer a 6 month commitment.
