Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Echo 1055. The rent is $1109. The move in deposit is $1429. The apartment is available August 20th.

This apartment includes a full size bed, a closet, and a desk. This is a 3x3 floor plan so you’ll have 2 other roommates. The apartment includes in-unit laundry and WiFi. The amenities include a gorgeous pool, a gym, quiet study rooms, and Amazon lockers. The apartment is directly across the street from UNLV. Rent includes WiFi. Electricity, water, sewage billed separately based on your usage.

I am relocating to California due to family emergency so I need to get out of the lease. Please message me with any questions and if you’re interested.

You’ll be applying through the property and they do an assessment to choose your roommates. You and you can choose to have women or men only roommates or coed. You can also agree to pets or no pets. They are flexible.
