Furnished room near UNLV lv strip airport area

Furnished bedroom with shared Bathroom available July 25. Furnished bedroom is for rent in a condo that shares common areas and its near the strip, unlv, and the airport. Lease is month to month for flexibility because we know sometimes jobs and things can change, but we seek to find people who work out to stay long term. (And fyi Most of the tenants typically do end up staying long term here, which is what we want.)
Queen mattress and bedding, dresser, night stand, closet, it also Includes Wi-fi/internet, TV, keypad door lock, patio, furnished kitchen to share with oven, stove, grill, air fryer, instant pot, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, living room.
There is ample parking in this gated condo community that also has a swimming pool. Functional, Practical, Easy access to UNLV, Airport, Strip. FYI it is currently a coed household - must be ok with the arrangement etc.
We seek a nice person who may be a student or working professional, Fyi no drugs or major criminal background issue, and no pets. Landlady prefers unvaccinated tenants, (and/or at least no plans for more.)
Tenants must have an active cell phone for communication. Also, must have a bank account to connect to turbo tenant property management software we use to pay rent. $585 plus 1/4 utilities (plan around $30-80/month depending) 1st &last for deposit to move in. Email/Text me to discuss. Thank-you!!
