Hello. My name is Bryce and I am looking for a roommate to rent out my second bedroom to help me to keep up with my mortgage payment due to the recent car accident that I was in. This property is located near the UNLV campus and shopping stores. It is also a gated community and has a nice swimming pool as well. Flat screen tv and oscillating fan with remote, refrigerator, air fryer, ice maker, microwave, and new bed with protective mattress cover can be provided if needed at no cost to you. Parking is free. Close to bus stop locations. Clean full shared bathroom provided. Washer and dryer located next to room. Must pay half of electric bill and half of Wi-Fi bill. (Wi-Fi optional) must have verifiable employment references and pass background check. No pets are allowed. No couples and no children. $50 key deposit and $150 property damage protection deposit is required to move in.
