Hello. My name is Bryce and I am looking for a roommate to rent out the Master bedroom. This property is located near the UNLV campus. Regional transportation bus stops are located at many various places close to the vicinity and there is also a large variety of different types of shopping centers to shop at at your convenience.. It is also a gated community and has a nice swimming pool as well. Flat screen tv with remote, oscillating fan, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, and queen size bed can be provided if needed at no cost to you. Parking, waste management and water is free. Includes a full private bathroom with jet spa/shower as well as a private walkout patio. Washer and dryer located next to room. Must pay half of electric bill and half of Wi-Fi bill. (Wi-Fi optional) must have current verifiable proof of income and pass background check.$50 key deposit and $150 security deposit is required to move in.
