Private room with shared bath

Private room, shared bath in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Shared common spaces! Must be pet friendly as we have one large dog and 3 cats. All well behaved and well taken care of. No pets allowed, sorry. I’ll send photos of the rest of the home if you’re interested! (Please note everything is getting deep cleaned on my next day off!) I would prefer a female roommate but overall I’m just looking for a responsible adult who will pay their bills, be cleanly, and be respectful!

Area: 89108 / Lake Mead + Torrey Pines (it’s a townhouse community)
Rent: $800 a month
Deposit: none!
When is it available?: Preferred move in would be 10/01/26 or as close to as possible.

Here’s what’s included:
Washer and dryer
ALL utilities (I mean water, electric, WiFi, gas AND we provide access to almost all streaming services)
There’s general parking but most of the time it’s close!
The room has a queen bed and a bedframe that includes drawer space
A TV / Roku stick that I will remount (the monitor on the desk is not included)
If you need a dresser, we do have a small one to provide!
We also supply common household items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and laundry soap/items. You’re welcome to use any dishware/kitchen supplies (assuming you can keep them clean and stuff!)
The kitchen has an RO machine, deep fryer, air fryer, espresso machine, gas stove/oven, microwave, and (obviously) and fridge/freezer.
Our townhome complex has a pool and jacuzzi!

Who lives here:
The person you would share a bathroom with is extremely clean! She’s very quiet and keeps to herself.
Then there’s me and my boyfriend. Overall we are all peaceful, friendly, clean, and respectful. We are smoke friendly but only certain things inside!

The unfortunate catch:
The home is being sold January 1st of next year so we are all leaving December 31st. I think our home would be great for someone maybe saving for an apartment or just in between places right now
