This is a 4 bedroom house 3 bathroom you would be sharing the bathroom. The house is fully furnished with washer and dryer. The backyard has a jacuzzi. As a tenant you must be pet friendly since there is 2 dogs and 2 cats.
There is no smoking allowed in the house whatsoever but you may smoke outside in the backyard ok, As a tenant you will have full access to the kitchen but you will be required to keep it clean after you use it. We are looking for a Gay or Gay friendly tenant who is working and can show proof of income. This will be available April 15,2026 total move in would be 700 due on the first of every month. The rent includes all electric, gas, cable, water, there is street parking and the house is 2 story.
