One rental package for one person: a furnished bedroom PLUS a separate private office/art studio with its own entrance, an exclusive-use bathroom and a designated living area. $1,200/month includes utilities, fiber internet and EV charging access.

This is a largely separate section of our 2,400-square-foot home. Double doors and a hallway divider are planned to separate the two living sections by move-in. We will mainly enter your section to use the shared kitchen. The shared dining area is rarely used except for occasional family holiday meals.

There is central air conditioning, and we are happy to add an air conditioning unit in the studio if it gets too warm during summer. Washer/dryer access is available by arrangement. Driveway parking is available, although fitting two cars is tight. EV charging access is included.

The shared kitchen has a gas range, refrigerator and microwave; there is no dishwasher. Crunch Fitness, Target and Sprouts are within walking distance, with freeway access nearby.

ABOUT US
You will share with Ahrue and Renee, both in our 50s. We are creative people with interests in art and music. Ahrue works from home in a studio at the back of the house; Renee works part-time. We are both home often and spend most of our time in our own section.

We are looking for one female roommate who enjoys a quiet, respectful home. We are non-drinkers and drug-free. Renee smokes outdoors only. No indoor smoking; vaping is okay. No hard drugs or heavy drinking. Occasional overnight guests are welcome, but no additional person moving in.

We have three cats and a dog. The dog will mostly stay in our section, so interaction should be limited, though he may bark when meeting new people. Cats are welcome; another dog would need discussion.

Rent: $1,200/month, including utilities and fiber internet.
Refundable security deposit: $1,200.
Six-month lease, with a long-term roommate preferred. Earlier move-in may be possible by arrangement while preparations are completed.
