I have a fully- furnished room rental with a six month minimum stay. The room rents for $750 per month, including utilities. Internet is extra. The room available for move in October 1. Seeking a nonsmoker, mild drinker, no pets, no traffic, and no overnight guests. No criminal history, since the building requires a background check. Also, you will need a list of references, proof of employment, and/or income. If you are without a car, the buses run 24/7 in this area. You can get to most places by bus within 15/20 mins, or less. I'm centrally located to the Strip, downtown, and the airport. Most casinos 🎰. The university campus, and Sunrise Hospital is about eight stop lights from my building. I'm five stop lights from the Blvd Mall and other shopping malls, and major grocery stores. Let me know if there is an interest and I can show you the room by appointment.
