I had to kick out my former roomate as he has not had his rent. I found a new roomate who bailed on me at the last minute. Me and my girlfriend share the master bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. We will have the room professionally cleaned before move in date! We’re very laid back, as long as you’re relatively clean and not an asshole, we’ll get along just fine! Rent is $700 a month but I am willing to negotiate
