I'm looking for a respectful, like-minded roommate to share my beautiful 2BR/2BA townhouse-style apartment at The Lakes.

About me: I'm a TV Producer/Host, Live Event Emcee, Trade Show Presenter, Model, and Actor — someone who genuinely loves life and thrives on good energy. I'm passionate about the outdoors: rock climbing, hiking, and backpacking are my outlets. When I'm not outside, I'm at the cinema, deep into the latest shows and games, or listening to electronic music.

I'm originally from Lake Arrowhead in Southern California, a USC Film School grad, and someone who approaches life with optimism, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor. The vibe here is positive, active, and easy-going — and that's exactly the kind of energy I'm looking for in a roommate.

Requirements:
-Stable income, employment, or career
-Clean and organized in all shared spaces — particularly the kitchen. After cooking/eating, please put your dishes, plates, and silverware away in the dishwasher or handwash & return them to their proper place. Leaving anything in the sink, on the stove, or on the countertop after you’re done in the kitchen is my one non-negotiable. The same standard applies to the living room — simply clean up after yourself.
-Absolutely no smoking or drug use of any kind
-Positive, warm energy — someone genuinely enjoyable to be around
-No pets
-Comfortable with A/C set to 64°F at night and 72°F during the day
-Minimum 12-month lease commitment

Preferences (not required, but a plus):
-Enjoys movies, TV shows, and/or video games
-Roughly mid-20s to mid-40s age range
-Fellow USC Trojan alumni
-University educated
-Open to a multi-year lease — I'm planted in Vegas long-term
-No gender preference

-1,035 sq ft on the top floor
-All utilities included in rent: Trash, SW Gas, NV Energy, Internet, & Billing Fees
-Rent: $910/month (all-in)
-Move-in Date: June 1st, 2026
-Unit is furnished. Bedroom will be unfurnished — photos reflect my current roommate's setup
