Hi there. I'm looking for a professional, respectful roommate to share a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment located near The Lakes.

-Private bathroom inside of the bedroom
-Walk in Closet
-Washer and dryer in apartment
-Fireplace
-Living room has hard wood floors
-Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment for better privacy
-Quiet, gated community
-Pool & jacuzzi
-Exercise room
-Clubhouse
-All utilities are included- except electric and internet which come out to about $200 per month (which we would split 50/50 )

I work the traditional M-F and off on the weekends. I'm respectful of others, drama free, and would ask the same of any one interested in the room.

Cats and most dogs are okay.(I do have a cat that pretty much stays in my room)
