🏡 Room for Rent in a Quiet, Peaceful Home

I’m looking for a responsible, respectful female roommate who is clean, quiet, and looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

The room will be available soon and is located in a quiet neighborhood with some great community amenities, including a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, basketball, tennis & pickleball courts, and 24-hour gym access. Shopping, restaurants, and highway access are all conveniently located nearby.

You’ll have full access to the kitchen, dining room, laundry room, backyard, and patio, so I want you to feel comfortable and at home in the shared spaces.

The bathroom is currently private but will most likely eventually be shared with one other female roommate when/if the other bedroom is rented. Street parking is available.

I really value having a calm, comfortable, and drama-free home, so I’m hoping to find someone who has a similar lifestyle and is fairly quiet and independent. Someone who works regular daytime hours outside of the home would be the best fit for the household.

A few important details:

* Single occupancy only
* Must have steady employment and pay rent reliably and on time
* No work-from-home arrangements, please
* No pets
* No smoking, marijuana, or drugs inside the house
* Please be clean and respectful of shared spaces
