Nice spacious home located Eastside by Lake Mead/Lamb. The location provides convenient access to all major highways, Nellis AFB and CSN Cheyenne Campus within a 10 minute drive.

This home is currently being shared with one roommate and two friendly cats. This available room is unfurnished and approximately 12ft x 10ft with a shared bathroom. I regularly clean and maintain the shared common areas. Although roommates are still expected to do their share in keeping shared spaces tidy and are responsible for keeping the shared bathroom and their private room clean.

All utilities and ammenities are included with the base rent of $750/month. I also have a Level 2 Charger available for an additional $25/month
