Bedroom 1: (will be empty upon move in)

• Easy access to shared areas
• Shares the downstairs bathroom with the other new roommate

🛁 Bathroom
• Downstairs bathroom shared between the 2 new roommates
• I use my own upstairs bathroom

💸 Rent & Move-In
• $900 includes utilities + $250 deposit (flat rate)
• Move in ASAP
• No additional pets, since I already have 4 cats
