Who we are:
Couple in early 60s. We're drug/drama free, super outdoorsy - open minded/naturalist/new age/spiritual/hiking/bbqs/pool time. Social drinkers..... We live here most of the time.

About the House:
The house is over 4,200 square feet on an acre of land and comes with an oasis backyard. Driveway parking. It includes a 30,000 gallon pool with a water fall and a connected hot tub. It also has a built-in outdoor grill. With our super private clothing optional backyard you can relax and feel safe working on your tan. You will have access to all of it of course. Also include washer/dryer use as well as kitchen and community space.

Who you are (hopefully):
Active and friendly in your 30s,40s,50s or 60s. LGBTQ friendly. No smoking or drugs. Someone who works OUTSIDE the home. Someone who is drama free and honestly just normal, happy, and respectful. Someone who is comfortable living with roommates You can keep to yourself if you prefer, but we wouldn't mind someone we can hang out with as well.

Sorry, no pets/kids/couples Period.

Rent: $750 This is an upstairs shared bathroom
furnished room including utilities and high speed internet.
