Hello! I have a private bedroom + bathroom for rent in Summerlin, Las Vegas, available now.

This is a shared 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with one other person living here (myself).

You'll have a private bedroom with its own closet, a second private closet in the hallway, and your own private bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces.

Your private space includes:

- Private bedroom
- 2 closets (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the hallway)
- Private bathroom with shower (accessible from the hallway and exclusively for your use)
- Garage parking (we have a private garage and you'll have the garage parking space)

We also have in-unit W/D.

Rent: $940/month

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Your first month's rent will be prorated based on your move-in date.

All utilities are included in the rent, including:

- Water
- Electricity
- Gas
- WiFi (1 Gbps internet)

The property also has a pool and gym, which you'll have full access to.

About me:

I'm a 40-year-old male who works professionally in the digital marketing and cannabis industries. I'm quiet at home, and when I'm not at work I'm usually just relaxing in my bedroom.

I'd prefer a roommate with a similarly quiet lifestyle. You're welcome to have company over occasionally, but I'm not looking for a party-house situation.

I'm 4/20 friendly, but I prefer that cannabis use remains discreet. I don't want any other drugs in the apartment.

About the cat:

I have a cat who already lives here. She's a sweetheart, but I don't know how she'd get along with other animals, so I'm not looking to have any additional cats or dogs in the apartment. You'll need to be comfortable living with a cat and not have a significant cat allergy.

About you:
