The available room is a spacious upstairs master bedroom with its own large walk-in closet. The upstairs full bathroom is shared between the master bedroom and the upstairs guest bedroom. Since the guest bedroom is rarely used occasionally for visiting family or friends, this will be your primary bathroom. You’re welcome to decorate it and make it your own. When guests are over, they’ll use the downstairs half bathroom whenever possible to give you your own space.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly desirable Summerlin area, just minutes from Sig Rogich Middle School, Palo Verde High School, Veterans Memorial Leisure Services Center, and Arbors Tennis & Play Park. The neighborhood is known for being safe, well-maintained, and great for walking, with nearby parks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and easy freeway access.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, clean, and communicates well. This is a peaceful home, so I’m hoping to find someone who values a calm and comfortable living environment.

A couple of notes: I have a Blue Heeler & a German Shepherd, so you’ll need to be comfortable around large dogs. Any roommate will also need to meet the property’s leasing requirements and be approved by the management company before moving in.
