Nice room in a 3 bedroom house 🏠super chill

It’s a great spot! Mountains views, own bathroom in a beautiful area safe area. Everything is with in walking distance, 2,3 block range…all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores, clothing stores, pt’s Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, everything you could want is close close, including 3 gyms. LVAC, planet, eos all with in walking distance. it’s a 3 bedroom with only me as a roommate. I have 2 dogs that are my world I take them with me about half the time. They have a dog door and go in and out to the big back yard. I’m 51, tattoo shop owner and artist with several employees that work for me. It is a 3 bedroom house. I am gone to work most of the time you would the house to yourself often.
