House share in SW

Looking for one person (No couples or kids, sorry!) for a house share in SW near Buffalo and Russell. Close to parks and walking trails with easy access to the strip and 215. Available in November, the house is a large two story 4/3. The open space is two upstairs bedrooms with a loft and a private full bath. The downstairs living room / dining room will also be able to accommodate any other furniture you have. The house has a great layout for roommates. We have our own areas and can come out and socialize if we want but are spread out enough to not hear each other if we have different schedules. The kitchen is the main shared space. There is a small backyard with turf and trees with a large dog door. There is a roof top patio that we watch sunsets and fireworks from mostly. Garage parking or storage is available. House is *20 friendly. The rent for both the rooms is $1150/mo plus half of the household inexpenses. One dog possible with landlord approval and possible additional deposit. And the landlord does require a full application for a background and credit check ($50) and signed lease. One month deposit may be required depending on application result. I am a quiet mid 40s homebody, i work from home and have a rescue pitbull. I follow a very set schedule every day and love podcasts, horror movies, concerts, and my ridiculous plant collection. I have lived here for years. I’m hoping to find one stable adult who understands how to do their share around a house or is willing to pay for the additional services if they don’t want to do the cleaning/yard. It seems like when I try to get two roommates one of them is having financial difficulties while the other one is trying to move their boyfriend in without telling anyone so I am trying to avoid that situation again by looking for one person this time.
