✔ Furnished master bedroom with private bathroom (furniture can be removed if you have your own).
✔ Gated community with parking, backyard, and shared kitchen/laundry.
✔ Only 2 adults live in the house. We've enjoyed a peaceful home for over 1½ years and want to keep it that way.

House Rules (Non-Negotiable):

No smoking inside (outside only).
No drinking, drugs, parties, loud music, or drama.
No pets.
Keep common areas spotless after cooking, eating, or doing laundry.
Be respectful of utilities (no waste).
Laundry only when you have a full load Clean the lint filter and leave the laundry area organized.
Lease agreement required.
