Amazing tranquil location in a gated community in west Spring Valley (a half mile west of the 215 freeway)—beautiful area, you'll have direct access to the garden, a south facing backyard with a BBQ grill. Relax in your private jet spa bath. The ceilings are vaulted, nice and high for a spacious feel. Tons of closet space — your master suite features a walk-in closet and a double closet on the other side of the hall that adjoins the bedroom to the attached full bathroom.

The home is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants and bars (within a couple minutes.) It's 9 minutes to Durango Casino and 11 minutes to Red Rock Casino.

The room is furnished, with a new KING sized bed, super comfortable. You're also free to bring furnishings and any kitchenware you may want, otherwise you can use any of my kitchenware. If you want to switch out furnishings that's fine too, I have some storage space. You also will be able to park your car in the two car garage.

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom townhome. The only other occupant is myself (the owner, male), a young working professional who has lived in Las Vegas for four years––California transplant. I'm easygoing and work a 9-5 job 10 minutes away. I don't have any pets. I stay pretty active between creative projects, going out, and love going on roadtrips. Also being in nature!

Duration of stay must be at least a month. Ideally the sweet spot is three to five months, but open to longer stays depending.

Preferable you have a job or some form of income, okay if you work from home. You can use my desk when I'm not there (in the common area.) I don't smoke (have quit for five years) but you if you do smoke use the patio, vape preferred. Month-to-month rental agreement, no lease required. Credit must be 650+ (soft check with Zillow Rental Manager). If credit is lower a security deposit will be required.
