The room is occupied but you can still come and take a look at it, the current roommate is moving out at the end of the month so the room is available April 1st. Everything will be cleaned including the carpet upon moving in. House is beautiful and well kept. Housekeeper comes once a month for maintenance clean the common areas. Bus stop is right behind the house. Conveniently located near shops, banks, gas stations, Walmart etc in spring valley near Buffalo and the 215. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Please no pets/kids/couples. The room is literally twice bigger than a regular guest room and bigger than the master. All rooms are upstairs. Bathroom is shared and has to entry doors. One door is connected to the room so you’ll have private entry to the bathroom. It’s a drama-free home, all roommates are nice, respectful and professionals. No drugs, no parties. You can have an overnight guest from time to time as long as you it’s someone you know and trust, not someone you just met at the club. It’s a stable home with stable roommates looking for the same preferably long-term. Month to month lease. Smoking outside ok. All utilities/wifi is included in rent
