I live in a very nice clean 2 bedroom 2 bath double wide mobile home, I have 1 indoor friendly cat and also 4 others that are outside. I tend to stay to myself require to live in a peaceful drama free environment. I Prefer a non smoking renter who has employment outside the home and can prove it. Renter will be expected to clean up after themselves and help maintain shared spaces. There is a washing machine and dryer in the home.
