We have two friendly small dogs, so you must be okay with pets. Rent is $650 each month. Deposit $250. Move in date is 12/10/25. Ideal tenant is someone looking for a 6+ month stay.
We’re a respectful, working household- everyone has their own lives, and the house stays tidy and calm. We don’t party here, we clean up after ourselves, and we prefer someone who communicates clearly and respectfully. No smoking inside. Light cooking is fine. No overnight guests please.
