Room with shared bathroom. Looking for an ideal female tenant who likes to keep to themselves. We don't really engage in much conversation amongst each other, besides a casual greeting. We have 2 frenchies and our Roomate has a cat, who normally stay in our room. We all either study, are at work or in our rooms not obstructing other tenants. We are all pretty introverted, but friendly and our means of communication is mainly through text. So if this sounds like you, this is your ideal room. It is a quiet, friendly and respectful environment that should be kept as such. The room is suitable for one female adult and is strictly non-smoking, non-drinking, and drug-free. We do not allow overnight guests.
Each room has a keyed door for privacy. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and access to laundry and dryer. We offer month-to-month leasing with 30 day notice prior to vacancy.
