Furnished private Room. Utilities Included, available in a 5-bedroom huge and quiet house in a very peaceful neighborhood. The room is on the second floor with a Full-size bed, desk, and closet; the bathroom is shared. There is a 77-inch TV in the living room for everyone. Netflx, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video. (You can use your gaming console here freely). Gaming internet speed. Access to common areas. Patio with firepit. OK, to cook in the kitchen, utensils are for everyone to use. pantry for your food, and space in the fridge. We are all laid-back young professional men. I want my house to have a homey vibe despite our varied ethnic backgrounds; thus, I am quite choosey as to who to pick as tenants and quite happy that we eventually became good friends. Usually, my tenants stay more than a year, and I have a current one who has been here for 6 years and a recent tenant who moved to Henderson and stayed for more than 5 years. I have a 6-year-old, very friendly pitbull terrier who has her own doggy door and doesn't go upstairs. I am a Nurse and a graphic artist by profession.
